The Assessors’ Office will accept sealed Proposals on behalf of The City of Troy for any of the following properties from June 22, 2011 thru July 21, 2011 until 3:30 pm. Parcels not sold through Proposal or Reconveyance method may or may not be offered for Public Auction consistent with provisions of Section 83-3 (D) & Section 83-7 (A) of the City code. The City Council must approve all purchases and reserves the right to reject any and all offers. Proposal forms are available at the Assessors Office and the City website: troyny.gov
